We are always happy to acommodate early check-ins if the cabin has been fully cleaned and serviced, however we cannot guarantee anything until the day of. If you desire an early check-in, please send us a message and we will notify you if the cabin is ready prior to 4pm.
We are a 25 drive minutes from Pigeon Forge and 35 minutes from Gatlinburg.
One ADULT housebroken and crate-trained dog under 60 lbs is permitted per booking for a flat $85 pet fee. Dog must be leashed at all times outside and crated indoors when left alone at the cabin. An additional dog requires pre-approval and may incur an additional pet fee.
Good Karma has a digital keypad lock on the front door. Your access code will be sent, along with our house guidebook, the week prior to your arrival.
Good Karma Cabin has high speed WiFi and cable TV installed on all SmartTVs. Guests may use their own login credentials to access their personal streaming accounts on Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+, etc.
Kroger and Publix are both 20 minutes from the cabins, at Parkway and Wears Valley Rd. Dollar General is 10 minutes from the cabin and carries basic groceries, including staples like milk, eggs, and bread.
Unfortunately, we are not aware of any restaurant delivery options to the cabin at this time.
Instacart delivers to the cabin from Kroger or Publix in Pigeon Forge. Some guests prefer to save themselves the time of grocery shopping upon arrival into town and have their groceries delivered by Instacart instead. Guest must be present to accept Instacart deliveries.
If you will be arriving late, Smoky Mountain Grocery can pick up your curbside order from Publix in Pigeon Forge or Sevierville Walmart and deliver to the cabin, putting away all of your groceries prior to your arrival. If you choose to use their delivery services, please notify Cheryl so that she can grant them access via their unique door code.

No, baby equipment is not provided. If you cannot bring your own, check out BabyQuip, who will deliver and pick up whatever baby equipment you may need for your stay.
Yes! We love to deck our halls from mid-November until mid-January.
Roads leading up the mountain to our cabin are paved, well-maintained and 2-way the entire drive up. In the event of ice or snow on roads, 4WD is required - under any other conditions, any vehicle can make the drive up without issue.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to give you peace of mind should this or any other unforeseen circumstance occur. You will be provided with the option to purchase travel insurance upon booking. To read more about that, click here.
Our exact address is provided only to registered guests, but we are located off of Stackstone Rd. in the Wears Valley area of Sevierville, TN.
Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
Maximum occupancy policy of 7 people total (including children ages 2 and up) is strictly enforced.

No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM.
No smoking indoors. Ashes/butts MUST be disposed of in the resin planter on the main deck.
Property is monitored by a security camera facing the driveway and main entrance, which records both video and audio 24/7. Guests are not permitted to cover, block or tamper with security camera in any way.
No Fireworks or sparklers due to extreme fire risk.
No discharging of firearms, per HOA regulations. Any fines received will be deducted from guest's deposit.
ONLY toilet paper may be flushed down toilets. No feminine products, wipes, or other paper products.
No shipments or mail delivery to the cabin. Because Good Karma is a vacation rental, we are not a “deliverable” address according to USPS, Amazon, and other delivery services.
Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. or booking will be cancelled and 97% refund will be issued (3% withheld to cover credit card fees).
A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is noted.
Disregard for house rules will result in eviction without refund.
Rental Agreement
The completed and signed rental agreement must be returned within 48 hours of booking to keep from cancellation. All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental without refund.
